How to Grow

Recommended usage for your eLoofa LED  Grow Light.
(Usage and time may vary depending on your plant type, plant size, and growing environment.  Instructions below are taken from successful repeat customers)

Initial Stages of growing (Vegging)

  • Each eLoofa LED Grow Light is optimized for a 2’X2’ or 3’X3’ growing area.
  • Vegging is where your eLoofa grow light will give you the most bang for your buck by:
      - Saving you tons on electricity bills
      - Giving you better vegging results than any other method!
  • Place the light 3-6 inches away from the top of your plant.  Continue to adjust the light as your plant grows.   Don’t worry if your plant touches the light, LED lights will not scorch your plants!
  • Be sure to use less water than you would normally use as LED lights emit much less heat than conventional methods.  Wait until your soil is a little bit dry before watering again.
  • Keep plants in a ambient environment (68-86 degrees Fareigheight)
  • During vegging, use the light for 18 hours a day and then turn the light off and leave your plant in the dark for another 6 hours.
  • Wait until your plant has been vegging for about 4-6 weeks or if your plant has grown to about
    1 ft. tall.   Now you are ready to initiate Flowering.

Flowering

  • Before flowering, give your plant 24-48 hours of complete black darkness.  This will trigger flowering.
  • eLoofa LED Grow Lights can definitely be used for flowering.  As for as efficiency, you will find that you out eLoofa LED grow light will give you the best yield per dollar spent.
  • For optimal flowering results complement your eLoofa LED Grow Light with a white (Floursecent or HPS) light.

Keep your lights on for 12 hours a day, while keeping the plants in the dark for the remaining 12 hours.  The combined usage of these two lights will give you the best results you have ever seen!

Cloning

  • Perhaps the best usage of eLoofa LED Grow Lights is for Cloning your plants.  Our lights are the BEST for cloning your quality plants.
  • Cloning require only 2-3 weeks of vegging
  • Use an 18-20 hour light cycle for your clone, and spray it with water intermittently.
